When you interview a Realtor, you should ask these questions.

Was the initial interview about you, or about the Realtor?

Did the Realtor explain the “Relationships in Real Estate Transactions” document patiently, fully and clearly? This is NOT a contract, but Minnesota State Law requires all Realtors to go over this document with you.

Did the Realtor show you the complete, step-by-step process, from beginning to closing?

Did the Realtor explain your responsibilities as a client?

How can I guarantee you the best deal, in an easy and quick real estate experience? For that matter, how can anybody do that?
